Syllabus of MCA

  1. MCA Syllabus

Affiliated from Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur (H.P)

Duration: (Two Years)

The duration of MCA course is total two academic years. It is a full-time postgraduate course. This course has been divided into four semesters with the duration of six months each. The first year of this course focuses on the skill developments in computers, second year is aimed for providing a conceptual framework and offers the specializations and project work(Minor Project in Third semester and one major project in fourth semester).

Eligibility Criteria:

Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree.

OR

Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
